Sewage treatment/pollution photographs, [ca. 1928-1940].

Photographs of sewage treatment plants and of examples of water pollution and unsanitary waste treatment from creameries, starch factories, gas plants, and cheese factories. Photographs illustrate destruction from pollution (such as fish loss), flooding, and conditions in transient camps. The photographs, in black and white, were taken in all parts of the state. Some have corresponding negatives. Also included are photographs of sewage treatment equipment.
